Apps Active in Background in Notification Android 11

Android 11 with Developer preview releases have come up with noteworthy bunch of new changes and in Developer preview 3 observed a new section of Apps active in Background provided at the bottom of notifications tray below the new history option.

Apps Active in Background appears once you dismiss the app running in background from notification tray without closing it i.e for say the audio player added up with details in the notification tray can be dismissed without having it to be paused first and it still keeps running in the background.
If you are listening to your favorite tunes from the player say saavn, the player gets added up in the notification tray and as we observe we could not swipe it away from the notification until paused. The app gets shut if paused and swiped from notification.  Android 11 now allows us to dismiss it from the notification maintaining it to be still alive in the background which then gets added with the app name in the section "Apps active in background". The Apps active in background is present in the shadow of notification tray at the bottom just below the history and clear all options. You can access the player options back, on tapping the name from quick access from the notification under Apps active in background section. Notably, if the player is paused and swiped then the app gets cleared which remains same.
